It’s #AmericanDiabetesMonth! We are proud to announce that Augusta Health’s Blue Ridge Healthy U Diabetes Prevention Program has received Full Plus 5-year recognition from the CDC for its program. 

The Diabetes Prevention program is a year-long behavior change program for individuals with Prediabetes or who are at risk for type 2 diabetes. We are currently preparing to start another group after the first of the year, and would love to have you join us! Please contact us if you would like more information.
