Congressman Ben Cline, who represents Virginia’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently addressed issues ranging from veterans’ benefits to national security and trade policy in a series of posts on his social media account.

The @DeptVetAffairs processed 2.5M+ claims, cutting the growing backlog and setting a historic processing record. This is positive progress, and we must always keep our promise to those who served.”
Later that day, he focused on national defense initiatives related to space, writing: “America’s Space Force is moving at lightning speed to outpace foreign threats. It’s critical we continue to invest in bold defensive strategies that protect American assets and our advantage in space.” (August 14, 2025).
On August 15, 2025, Cline turned attention to international trade agreements under the previous administration: “President Trump’s landmark trade deal with Indonesia, opened a market once thought untouchable. 99% of U.S. exports: zero tariffs Barriers dropped for ag & industry Digital trade & investment secured United on steel security”.
Cline has represented Virginia’s 6th district since replacing Bob Goodlatte in Congress in 2019.
