Congressman Ben Cline, who represents Virginia’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared a series of posts on social media highlighting law enforcement efforts, honoring military service, and commenting on economic policy.
On September 17, 2025, Cline posted about a recent Republican Study lunch attended by a notable guest: “It was great to welcome @USAttyPirro at today’s @RepublicanStudy lunch. Under her leadership in the Trump administration, we have seen a real crackdown on violent crime in D.C., holding career criminals accountable and enforcing the rule of law.”
The following day, September 18, he commemorated the anniversary of the U.S. Air Force with another post: “Happy 78th Birthday to the @usairforce! Today, we honor the brave Airmen who defend America’s interests in the skies. From safeguarding our homeland to protecting freedom worldwide, their service reflects the highest traditions of our Armed Forces.”
Later that same day, Cline addressed recent changes in federal monetary policy: “High interest rates have made it difficult for hardworking Americans and Main Street to borrow and invest. Republicans have long called for relief, and even by the Federal Reserve’s own standards, this cut was long overdue. This is a good step forward for our economy.”
Ben Cline has served as a member of Congress since 2019 after replacing Bob Goodlatte and previously represented his community in the Virginia House of Delegates from 2002 to 2018. Born in Stillwater, Oklahoma in 1972 and currently residing in Fincastle, Cline holds degrees from Bates College (BA) and the University of Richmond (JD).
