Blood Drive Update

Blood Drive Update
0Comments

Town of Bridgewater issued the following announcement on Jan. 12

There has been a little confusion over the date of the Red Cross Blood Drive posted in the events calendar.  We Buzzed yesterday–and wrote in the Current–about the drive being on February 8, and put it on our calendar as such, but we have since discovered that the Red Cross needed to move our blood drive to Monday, February 7.  It will still be held from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Arey Assembly Hall, and those already signed up are in fact signed up for Monday, February 7.  We apologize for the mix-up, but the Red Cross assures us the change was necessary on their end for staffing purposes.

To sign up, just go to the Red Cross website or download the Blood Donor app on your smart phone and join the “Bridgewater Gives!” team!

We thank all who have signed up, and we hope the Monday, February 7 date allows people to attend who would not have been able to come on February 8!
