Want to learn mindful eating practices, enjoy cooking for a healthy lifestyle, and embrace food as a connection with other people? Our culinary medicine program will help you do that. Work with chefs, nutritionists, GI physicians, and farmers to focus on skills such as food shopping, storage, and meal preparation. Learn about mindful eating, the importance of where our food comes from, and the pillars of nutrition.

Dates for this Program in 2022 (8 sessions) at Augusta Health ACC Conference Room 3 @ 5:00-6:30pm:

Thursdays April 14th – June 2nd

Thursdays September 15th – November 3rd

The cost of this program will be $171.00.
