The Bridgewater equestrian team fell to both Auburn and Oklahoma State on Thursday in NCEA action.

The Eagles opened the day against the Tigers and fell behind 3-1 after flats. Kelsey Quinn secured the only point for BC edging out her opponent by just a point.

In fences, Auburn secured victory after taking three more points to secure the matchup 6-2. Emily Nuthall got the only point for BC.

In the second meet of the day, Caroline Warren was able to get BC on the board in fences but that was the only point Bridgewater registered against the Cowgirls. Oklahoma State was able to squeak out narrow victories across the board edging out the Eagles by six points or less in six of the eight head-to-head matchups.

Bridgewater wraps up its fall season and will enter the arena for its next competition on Friday Feb. 24 against Sweet Briar.
