Look who made the list of Only In Your State’s “Visit These 12 Incredible Charming Small Towns In Virginia, One For Each Month Of The Year” at www.onlyinyourstate.com/…/12-small-towns-to-visit-this-year… !

Monterey is featured in October, along with a Big Fish Cider mention! With the beautiful fall foliage and events like the annual Hands & Harvest Festival (www.highlandcounty.org/hands-harvest-festival) or a Highland County Star Party (Highland County Star Gazers), we’d have to agree!

Of course, we get the most visitors in March with our upcoming Highland County Maple Festival (www.highlandcounty.org/maple-festival/). Overall, we really don’t think there’s a bad time to visit Highland County – come on out and see us!
