Former Harrisonburg High School standout Jadon Burgess helped lead the Mary Washington Eagles to a 73-68 win over the UW La Crosse Eagles on Saturday, March 14, in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The match, held at Ron Rosner Arena at 6 p.m., marked the two teams’ first meeting in this year’s tournament.

Mary Washington’s next contest is scheduled for Thursday, March 19 at 9 p.m. at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
