Mary Washington Eagles secure 86-55 win in NCAA Division III tournament opener

On Friday, March 6, former Harrisonburg High School star Jadon Burgess helped his current team, the Mary Washington Eagles, earn an 86-55 victory over the Worcester State Lancers during the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The matchup, held at Ron Rosner Arena at 7:30 p.m., marked the Eagles’ first meeting with the Worcester State Lancers in this tournament.

Mary Washington will play its next game on Saturday, March 7, once again at 7:30 p.m. at Ron Rosner Arena.
