Call to Order 12pm

12:00pm Meet with Human Resources Director, Sophia Bletsos

  1. Discuss process for hiring Police Chief
  2. Consider recommendations from Human Resources director on draft policies: non-discrimination, professionalism, vacation, and holiday pay
  3. Review Town harassment policy
  4. Review Town Administrator job description and corresponding draft memo

12:30pm Meet with Lucy Prashker and Jake Eberwein regarding the $15,000 request for funding from the 8 Town Regional School District Planning Board

1:00pm Meet with Town Clerk, Terry Walker; Response to letter regarding revised hours and 8/30/22 email regarding direct report, time clock web software, IT computer access

  1. Draft Special Town Meeting warrant
    1. Tree work at Bidwell Park
    2. Tree work at the Community Center
    3. FY22 unpaid bills
    4. Elevator code upgrade
    5. Request for Conservation Commission Agent line item
  2. Review executive session minutes to determine if disclosure is appropriate: 10/4/21, 11/4/21, 11/17/21, and 6/8/22

New Business

  1. Request for Greene Park ballfield renovation funds from the Parks Commission
  2. $8,737.31 bill from Jeremia Pollard for Hume lawsuit appeal
  3. Designate early voting hours, early voting location, and police coverage for State election in November
  4. Monies received from state for FY23 extended polling
  5. Library as additional posting site for Town jobs and info of import
