Staunton Parks and Recreation honors the Staunton Lions Club 

Staunton Parks and Recreation honors the Staunton Lions Club with a plaque located at Gypsy Hill Park for their financial donation and dedication to the Gypsy Hill Park Duck Pond. The club helped with $36,000 in grant funding, May 28, 2021 for duck pond projects and repairs. The Staunton Lions Club legacy relationship with the Gypsy Hill Park Duck Pond goes back nearly 60 years with a major gift funded and completed in 1965 and other donations throughout the years.
