Census Bureau: More women than men in Weyers Cave in 2019

Of the 1,950 people living in Weyers Cave in 2019, 54.2 percent (1,057) were women and 45.8 percent (893) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Shenandoah News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 695-to-543. In the 65 and over age range, there were 209 females and 145 males.
