Census Bureau: More men than women in New Hope in 2019

Of the 648 people living in New Hope in 2019, 40.7 percent (264) were women and 59.3 percent (384) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Shenandoah News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 220-to-135. In the 65 and over age range, there were 61 females and 98 males.
