Census Bureau: More women than men in Hot Springs in 2019

Of the 499 people living in Hot Springs in 2019, 51.9 percent (259) were women and 48.1 percent (240) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Shenandoah News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 195-to-167. In the 65 and over age range, there were six females and 21 males.
