The Parks Commission in conjunction with the Monterey Community Center is offering a series of free yoga classes for adults of all ability levels.
Classes will be held on the Town Beach, Wednesday mornings at 8:00. The teacher is local yogi, Denise Carnese.
Please bring your own mat and block, and be prepared to sign a simple waiver.
