Of the 2,068 people living in Weyers Cave in 2020, 47.1 percent (975) were women and 52.9 percent (1,093) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Shenandoah News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 171. In the 65 and over age range, there were 182 females and 135 males.
