Of the 3,965 people living in Verona in 2020, 43.2 percent (1,711) were women and 56.8 percent (2,254) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Shenandoah News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 556. In the 65 and over age range, there were 276 females and 168 males.
