Of the 2,297 people living in Crimora in 2020, 55.8 percent (1,282) were women and 44.2 percent (1,015) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Shenandoah News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 268. In the 65 and over age range, there were 200 females and 230 males.
