Augusta County 4-H hosted a haybale decorating contest we have some winners to announce!

Churchville 4-H (spider) took first place Middlebrook (unfortunate farmer), 2nd; and the Teen Leadership Club (cupcake), 3rd. Congrats to all – the entries were creative and fun! Augusta 4H has served about 500 students this year, in wide-ranging areas such as embryology, character counts, and water cycle lessons. The Market Animal Show & Sale was a huge success this year, with numbers that totaled $520k, highlighting the generous community support. We are so fortunate to have such a vibrant 4-H presence in our county!
