There were 30 American Indian students enrolled in Augusta County Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 11.1% more than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Augusta County Public Schools District welcomed 10,144 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, American Indian students comprised 0.3% of the student body to be the second least represented ethnicity in the school.

Among the 18 schools in Augusta County Public Schools District, Wilson Elementary School and Wilson Middle School recorded the highest enrollment of American Indian students in the 2023-24 school year.
