Which former Central Shenandoah area high school athletes will be active on Sunday, March 15?

VMI Baseball lost to Western Carolina in extra innings after a closely contested game at Lamore Field. Grayson Fitzwater’s three-run homer led VMI’s offense but was not enough as WCU secured victory with an RBI single in the tenth inning.

These former Central Shenandoah area high school standouts will be competing during the week of Monday, April 20.

The VMI men’s track and field team wrapped up competition at the Virginia Challenge with notable finishes from Cameron Thomas and Rye Jackson. The team will compete next at Appalachian State University’s John Weaver Invitational.
