There were 83 Black students enrolled in Rockbridge County Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 2.4% less than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Rockbridge County Public Schools District welcomed 2,496 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, Black students comprised 3.3% of the student body to be the fourth most represented ethnicity in the school.
