There were 17 Hispanic students enrolled in Bath County Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 30.8% more than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Bath County Public Schools District welcomed 509 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, Hispanic students comprised 3.3% of the student body to be the third most represented ethnicity in the school.

Bath County Public Schools District roughly covers schools within Bath County and has a main office in Warm Springs.

Among the three schools in Bath County Public Schools District, Valley Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2023-24 school year.

According to Public School Review, Virginia public schools have an average student-to-teacher ratio of 14:1, slightly better than the national average of 15:1. Minority students, primarily Hispanic and Black, make up 54% of the enrollment, while white students constitute 46%.
