There were seven Hawaiian students enrolled in Waynesboro City Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 75% more than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Waynesboro City Public Schools District welcomed 3,060 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, Hawaiian students comprised 0.2% of the student body to be the second least represented ethnicity in the school.
